Jim looked after me, tbf the wife had already chosen the car, best colour and spec avaliable, good warranty that was explained to me thoroughly, Mark handed over the car to us explained the features etc, signed the documents and away we went, very happy to recomend to others great little set up, tucked up in the countryside
My first contact was with Mark who guided me through the process of buying a car on line, he answered all my questions, sent me a walk around video too of the BMW, Jim co worker helped me once i came to showroom, showed me the controls and guided me through the finance application, it was a joy from start to pick up, cant than the lads enough, 11/10 from me
I have been to see Mk Car sales before, i knew what to expect, no pushing me into another car or deal, great service as per usual see you in 3 years time
Mark and the team were very professional left me to look around the car and then test drive at my leisure,
MK Car Sales staff were good because they knew what they were selling, no hard sell here, great team cant fault them
